For a record to stand the following must be adhered to.

1. Catch must be independently witnessed.

2. Catch must be weighted by independent witness.

3. Only Club Weight Sling can be used.

4. Only club certified calibrated scales can be used.

5. Member must be checked in through online system.

6. Catch and Angler must be in photo, (Catch must be over a mat in low ground position or over a net from a seat-box).
